I work from photos, either my own or those supplied by you.  The charge for photography within the Big Flats / Corning / Painted Post area is included in the price of the painting. Charges for photos needed outside the area will be figured on a case-by-case basis and mutually agreed-upon.

The artwork will come in a protective sleeve or folder. It is not matted or framed because custom framing exceeds my studio space / resources. 

Reproduction rights may be acquired: $150 one-time fee for personal use, $200 for not-for-profit use, or $300 for commercial use. Credit is requested using such language as "Original painting by Jennifer Fais" on the reproductions.  I retain the right to use the image for promotional purposes, such as posting on my webpage, Facebook page, printed materials, etc.

Tax will be added upon final sale.
