Often I work from photographs provided by the owner, but I am happy to visit the house and take my own photos if the building is not too far from Corning. You would select the size (see Pricing) and we would agree on the preferred view and other details. Usually, I can adjust the landscaping to reflect your favorite season, put some years on those new shrubs, or eliminate downspouts - this is a portrait after all!
